Responsibilities

Compile reports for labor statistics.

Maintain and update personal information and records for bargaining unit staff.

Assist with employee engagement and termination documentation.

Manage time and attendance records.

Ensure compliance with production and safety procedures.

Adhere to ISO and Quality Management Systems requirements.
Requirements
-
Grade 12 with a pass in English and Core Mathematics.
-
HR Diploma/Degree or significant progress toward completion.
-
Minimum of 12 months experience in an HR environment.
-
At least 12 months experience working with a time and attendance system.
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience using Microsoft 365.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
-
Strong communication skills in English and isiZulu.
