Job Summary

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy Management, or related field May accept a combination of relevant experience and technical diplomas or certificates Specialized training or coursework in boiler systems, thermodynamics, or power plant operations beneficial 5 years experience in boiler operations together with managerial / supervisory role The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Monitor boiler systems Manage and adjust control systems Plan/oversee routine maintenance Identify and resolve mechanical issues and operational problems Ensure regulatory compliance Develop / enforce safety procedures and protocols Schedule and manage inspections Oversee the work of boiler operators and maintenance staff, including training and evaluation Create / manage work schedules Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities Prepare reports on boiler performance and maintenance activities Manage budget for boiler operations and maintenance Implement costs-saving measures Monitor / analyze boiler efficiency Evaluate / recommend upgrades or replacement of equipment Incident management and liaising with other departments
