Key Responsibilities
- Complete required training and assignments
- Obtain mandatory industry licenses within prescribed timeframes
- Master assessments
- Meet minimum performance and production standards
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use of Liberty tools and systems
- Develop a book of business consistent with Liberty’s standards
- Provide a high level of client service
- Manage the full scope of a client relationship by evaluating clients’ financial needs, investment opportunities, and insurance needs
- Develop client pipeline by prospecting, networking, and engaging in initiatives
- Recommend financial solutions based on client needs
- Seek expertise in internal resources to identify opportunities and solutions for clients
- Maintain appropriate record-keeping and supervision files
Requirements
- Completed matric-related qualifications in marketing, business, law, economics, investments, risk management etc
- Own Laptop
- At least 1 year of sales experience (advantageous)
- Clear Credit rating
- No Criminal record
- Laptop
- Vehicle/access to a vehicle
