About the Role
We are recruiting for a highly organised Marketing Production Coordinator to support a fast-moving global marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on coordinating projects, managing suppliers and ensuring marketing and production work is executed smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing and production projects from brief through to delivery
- Liaise with global marketing, designers, printers and suppliers
- Manage timelines, deadlines and project tracking
- Arrange printing of marketing materials and attend press checks
- Support development and rollout of assembly guide applications
- Coordinate product shoots and marketing content logistics
- Source and manage branded merchandise, uniforms and dealer swag
- Assist with marketing material for South Africa and Rest-of-World markets
- Ensure quality control and correct execution of artwork and print
Requirements
- Proven experience in a production coordinator / marketing coordinator / project coordination role
- Background in coordinating shoots, events, campaigns, print or digital production
- Working knowledge of graphic design and print processes
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication and supplier coordination skills
- Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers licence
- Based in KZN with ability to travel to Umhlanga and Pietermaritzburg
