• Coordination of production activities and resources so that planned products are produced to requirements, quality standards and within budget.
• Ensure Occupational Health and Safety standards are maintained.
• Manage and develop subordinates.
• Coordinate production and maintenance activities ensuring planned maintenance and quality is achieved.
• Production done within cost structures.

Requirements

• Grade 12, coupled with a Production Management related qualification and a minimum of 5 years in a similar position is preferable.
• A high level of numerical ability, strong verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to manage staff and to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of personnel.
• Be able to coordinate production activities, have experience in Industrial Relations and Occupational Health and Safety systems.
