What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engaging with new and existing ambassadors to keep them informed, motivated, and supported
- Managing sign-ups via our website or direct outreach
- Conducting pre-delivery calls and processing opt-ins
- Monitoring campaign progress and ensuring ambassador targets are met
- Gathering and uploading campaign photos and feedback from social media and emails
- Answering ambassador queries quickly and professionally
- Helping select and notify prize winners
- Reporting insights to help shape future campaign success
