Security Coordinator
Position Overview:
The Security Coordinator will oversee all security operations, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This role involves managing the control room, coordinating vendors/contractors, compiling monthly reports, and performing administrative duties efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the security control room.
- Prepare and submit detailed monthly security reports.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination within the security team.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all security activities.
- Respond to security incidents and provide on-the-ground support when needed.
Experience:
- Previous experience in security coordination or management.
- Familiarity with control room operations (advantageous).
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
