Job Description
The Used Car Sales Executive will be responsible for selling pre-owned vehicles, managing the full sales process from initial inquiry to delivery, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The role requires excellent product knowledge, negotiation skills, and a commitment to meeting sales targets while ensuring a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell used vehicles to prospective customers
- Conduct thorough vehicle presentations and test drives
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Negotiate pricing and finance options within company guidelines
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Prepare accurate sales documentation and follow-up paperwork
- Ensure vehicles are presented to dealership standards
- Stay up to date with market trends and product knowledge
- Coordinate with the finance and aftersales departments to ensure smooth transactions
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales performance

Requirements
- Matric non-negotiable
- Minimum 5 years of experience in used car sales (motor dealership environment essential)
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word, CRM systems)
Remuneration
Market-related salary based on experience
