Job Description Overall running and delegating of bays; Motivate and control employees in the workshop; Report back to management on progress of repairs on trailers; Outside running of repairs; Receiving and completion of job cards; Quality control on all service work; Completion of service check sheet; Reporting of additional work found on trailers; Applying discipline in the workshop; Ensure employee`s timesheets are correct and submitted before the deadlines; Delivery of trailers in time given. Requirements Matric is an advantage; Minimum 3 years` experience in trailer manufacturing and repairs Previous work experience or qualifications in mechanical work/Boiler making/Welding; Mechanically and technically able; Trailer parts knowledge; Leadership skills; Bilingual; Deadline driven; Able to work under pressure; Able to work overtime; Good general health. Must produce quality of work; Must be able to delegate; Own transport
