About the Role
The Digital Marketing Manager – Hospitality position is a critical role in driving online presence and revenue growth for our hospitality business. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our digital marketing efforts, leveraging their expertise in SEO, social media, and digital advertising to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and trends
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and optimize for better user experience
- Manage and maintain our online presence across social media platforms
- Create and curate engaging content to drive customer engagement and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing efforts
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) essential
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications
- Minimum 35 years experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within hospitality
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and digital advertising
- Experience with CMS platforms and booking engines advantageous
