About the Role
The Operations Manager – H26032 is a key role in our hospitality team based in Groblersburg, Limpopo. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Manage multi-department teams: Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa & Maintenance
- Drive operational excellence, efficiency & service standards
- Implement policies, procedures & performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Partner with the General Manager on budgets, forecasting & cost control
- Lead, motivate & develop high-performing teams
- Resolve guest concerns quickly & professionally
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality Management preferred
- 5–7 years’ experience in hotel operations required
