Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/ Administrative Clerk to provide administrative support to Attorneys and Candidate Attorneys in Polokwane. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Attorneys and Candidate Attorneys
  • Ability to take and execute instructions within specified deadlines
  • Drafting & paginating of legal documents
  • Answering telephones and taking messages from clients
  • Proper filing and organising of files and other legal documents

Requirements

  • South African unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34
  • Must not have participated on the YES programme before
  • Matric
  • Related tertiary qualifications (Legal Secretary N6 or Related National Diploma)
  • Computer literate (Full proficiency and ability to utilise and operate all suites of Microsoft Office.)
  • Proficient typist
