Job Summary
Candidates should have the suitable Millers qualification from SAGMA/GMF and at least 2 years experience in a similar role. Extensive food safety knowledge is essential. This is a shift position; candidates must be willing and able to work shifts. A valid drivers license and reliable transport is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising milling activities, ensuring production goals are met and that all relevant safety legislation and regulations are adhered to.
