About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Wedding Coordinator to join our team in Polokwane. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for coordinating weddings and other events from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate wedding logistics, including venue selection, catering, and decorations
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff to ensure smooth event execution
- Troubleshoot problems and resolve issues promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their guests
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Wedding Co-ordinator or Event Planner
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional presentation and customer service excellence
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
