Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and facilitate daily childrens activities, including games, crafts, storytelling, and interactive group activities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children during all supervised activities.
- Follow and adapt daily entertainment programs for various age groups in the lodge setting.
- Provide high-quality guest service and offer advice to parents for all activities onsite.
- Be flexible and adaptable to the dynamic nature of life in the bush.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in a child-facing role such as a Kiddies Entertainer, Nursery Assistant, or Teachers Assistant.
- Academic background or certification in childcare, early development, or a related field (e.g., Nursery Nurse NVQ Level 2) is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage enthusiastically with children and guests
- A positive, can-do attitude.
Benefits
- Compensation for this position is approximately R 15 000 per month, and it is a live-in role with meals included.
