We are seeking a confident and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our client’s Port Elizabeth branch. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading staff supervision and leadership, delivering exceptional customer service excellence, and overseeing daily operations. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage branch staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Lead by example, motivate staff, and support day-to-day team performance
Handle and resolve escalated or complex customer queries and complaints
Provide expert customer assistance and build strong, long-term client relationships
Oversee daily branch operations when required
Ensure efficient workflows and smooth branch functioning

Requirements

Matric, relevant tertiary qualification, or equivalent working experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management or senior supervisory role with similar responsibilities
Proven customer service expertise
Strong leadership and delegation capabilities
Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills
Demonstrated analytical and decision-making abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and other relevant computer systems
