Job Description
About the Role
The successful candidate will be employed as a GMR2 Services Engineer at Execustaff South Africa (Pty) Ltd, responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of the plant and maintaining uptime standards. The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in manufacturing machinery maintenance and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the plant to ensure uptime standards
- Control Maintenance costs according to budget
- Maintain absenteeism above target
- Investigate and make recommendations for improved performance
- Enforce discipline and good housekeeping
Requirements
- National Diploma / B.Tech Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Possession of a government certificate of competency (GCC) in line with the power generated
