Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Senior Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant

• Assist in supervising front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service

• Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction

• Help manage staff scheduling and monitor timekeeping

• Participate in stock control, ordering, and inventory checks

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety standards

• Handle basic customer complaints professionally and efficiently

• Assist with the implementation of company procedures and operational standards

• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality and timely service

• Provide leadership and motivation to junior staff members

Requirements:

• 13 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory or junior management role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service orientation

• Basic understanding of restaurant operations and financial controls

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow within the role

• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and general computer literacy
