About the Role
Network Finance is seeking a Management Accountant to join their team on a one-year contract. This role provides valuable exposure to operational finance, financial reporting, governance, budgeting, and forecasting. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring accurate and timely reporting, while supporting the onsite finance team in enhancing financial processes and reinforcing governance throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee weekly reporting across all departments.
- Support the standardisation and continuous improvement of reporting systems.
- Assist with financial governance processes and ensure compliance.
- Contribute to month-end close procedures and reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Monitor budget performance and perform variance analysis.
- Support internal audits and assist with external audit processes.
Requirements
- Completed BCom Accounting degree
- Completed SAIPA articles or SAICA articles
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic finance team
