Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic growth roadmap to expand the company’s presence and revenue in the region. Build and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, real estate developers, and strategic alliances. Own regional sales targets and drive results through data-driven decisions and agile execution. Lead a cross-functional team to deliver seamless onboarding, customer success, and retention initiatives. Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the region`s unique needs are addressed. Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new opportunities and pivot strategies as needed. Serve as the face of the company in the region, representing the brand at industry events and forums. What Success Looks Like: Rapid growth in customer base and revenue. High levels of partner engagement and satisfaction. Efficient and scalable processes for customer onboarding and support. Strong team culture with measurable professional development outcomes. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience in regional or growth leadership roles in SaaS, PropTech, FinTech, or related fields. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Expertise in data-driven decision-making and a growth mindset. Experience with CRM tools, customer success metrics, and regional market trends.
