About the Role

The Operational Manager is a key leadership position responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the Port Elizabeth branch. The successful candidate will be accountable for driving operational excellence across various functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining high service standards, and promoting a culture of safety and discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Port Elizabeth branch team to achieve sales, distribution, warehousing, fleet, staff, health and safety, security, and financial controls objectives.
