Job Description
- Lead and supervise all daily security operations with a focus on client satisfaction
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients and service providers
- Oversee new site launches, transitions, and contract handovers
- Monitor SLAs, cost management, and quality of security service delivery
- Ensure prompt resolution of client issues and proactive engagement
- Manage operational budgets, staffing, and resource planning
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to maintain H&S and security compliance
- Lead staff through performance reviews, coaching, and team development
- Collaborate with senior management on reporting and operational planning
- Identify opportunities to grow services and improve client relationships
What you’ll need
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in security operations management (mandatory)
- Proven experience within the security industry (non-negotiable)
- Valid PSIRA Grade A registration certificate
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (essential)
- Clear criminal record
- Strong leadership, planning, and client-facing skills
- Knowledge of security legislation, H&S compliance, and industry best practices
- Proven ability to manage budgets, rosters, and operational KPIs
- Solutions-driven, proactive, and professional approach
- Relevant management qualification advantageous
