What you’ll need

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in security operations management (mandatory)
• Proven experience within the security industry (non-negotiable)
• Valid PSIRA Grade A registration certificate
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (essential)
• Clear criminal record
• Strong leadership, planning, and client-facing skills
• Knowledge of security legislation, H&S compliance, and industry best practices
• Proven ability to manage budgets, rosters, and operational KPIs
• Solutions-driven, proactive, and professional approach
• Relevant management qualification advantageous
