Job Description
Well establish company are seeking a skilled and experienced Payroll HR Administrator to join their team.
Requirements:

- Matric certificate.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (HR).

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a mid to senior role.
- Hands-on experience with payroll software (preferably MP500 and PAYSPACE).

Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of employee benefits, deductions, and compliance requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of South African labor laws and HR practices.
Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:
- Process and administer payroll using MP500 and PAYSPACE software.
- Ensure accuracy of employee salaries, deductions, and benefits.
- Resolve payroll queries efficiently and ensure compliance with tax laws.

HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records in line with company policies.
- Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure timely enrollment and changes.
- Support performance management and training processes.

Compliance and Labor Law:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with South African labor laws.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and advise management accordingly.

Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries and concerns related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
- Support management with disciplinary processes and conflict resolution.

HR Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely reports on payroll, employee benefits, and compliance.
- Analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.
