About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Port Elizabeth, responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and relationship-building with customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers, highlighting key benefits and features of industrial consumables and products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling initiatives
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and CRM system updates
Requirements
- Well-spoken and presentable
- Own reliable vehicle with valid driver’s licence
- Matric certificate
- Minimum 5 years sales experience
- Past experience in PPE sales is an advantage
- Knowledge of industrial consumables and products/our industry is a plus
- Strong admin skills
- Previous experience on a CRM system and reporting back on calls is an advantage
