Job Description

About the Role: An established manufacturing company based in Markman is seeking a highly organised and experienced Senior Administrator / Receptionist to join the Plant Administration team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations, supporting management, and maintaining efficient communication within the department. Minimum Requirements: Relevant Administrative, Finance or related qualification 5–7 years’ experience in a senior administrative role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (minimum intermediate level) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal abilities with a high level of professionalism Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Able to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure Strong problem-solving and organisational skills Key Responsibilities: Manage reception duties and provide general administrative assistance Support finance and HR administration functions Control and monitor office groceries and stationery supplies Perform accurate data capturing and record-keeping Assist management with general administration, reporting, and ad hoc projects Monitor and maintain the time and attendance system Support recruitment processes, including testing and induction of new employees Maintain company vehicle licence records and ensure they are up to date Track and reconcile diesel usage Capture and maintain internal training records
