Job Description

Duties: Reception & General Support Finance and HR Administration Inventory Control Groceries and Stationery Data Entry and Record Maintenance Administrative and Project Support to Management Monitoring of Time and Attendance Systems Assistance with Recruitment, Testing, and Onboarding of New Employees Management and Updating of Company Vehicle License Information Diesel Usage Tracking and Reconciliation Recording and Maintaining Internal Training Records Skills Required: Administrative, Finance, or Related Qualification Minimum of 57 Years Experience in a Senior Administrative Role Extensive Experience with Microsoft Office, with Strong Excel Skills (Intermediate Level or Higher) Excellent Communication Skills Both Verbal and Written Trustworthy and Reliable Strong Interpersonal Skills Able to Perform Well Under Pressure Capable of Working Independently with Minimal Supervision Excellent Problem-Solving Abilities Skilled at Prioritising Tasks Effectively
