Job Description

Job Purpose: To provide administrative and clerical support on site, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate record-keeping. The Site Clerk will assist with documentation, reporting, and coordination to support the site management team, particularly during periods of staff shortfall. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation. Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets, databases, and other digital records. Assist with daily site administration tasks, including filing, correspondence, and documentation. Communicate effectively with site personnel, management, and external stakeholders. Support site operations by providing timely information and administrative assistance. Ensure compliance with company policies, site protocols, and safety procedures. Perform other administrative tasks as required to support site operations. Requirements : Strong computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work in line with site hours: Monday to Saturday (generally 06h0018h00; sometimes 07h0017h00). Prior experience in the construction or mining industries is advantageous but not essentia Competencies : · Attention to detail and accuracy. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Strong organizational and time management skills. · Professionalism, reliability, and confidentiality in handling site information.
