About the Role

G-Core Capital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Floor Supervisor to join our team in Port Elizabeth. As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience while leading our sales team to achieve outstanding results. With a strong background in administration and leadership, we are looking for someone who can manage the day-to-day operations of our store, communicate effectively with internal teams, and drive sales growth through product knowledge and persuasive sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the overall functioning of the branch
Monitor stock levels and prioritize sales items
Communicate daily/weekly with internal sales staff regarding priority sales items
Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets
Maintain accurate records of debtors, creditors, administration, and assets
Perform stationery reporting and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements

Matric certificate
Minimum 5 years’ experience in leading/managing a team
Essential customer service and communication skills
Minimum 5 years’ experience in administration with strong administrative skills
Attention to detail and product and application knowledge
Valid driver’s license
Computer literate: MS Office
Well-spoken and presented (fluent in English)
Good communicator
Excellent sales skills with proven track record

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience in leading/managing a team
