• Tertiary qualification demonstrating discipline and learning ability
• Some facilitation experience (not lecturing)
• Meaningful work experience beyond academic study
• Willingness to travel and work on-site during the week
• Valid passport for possible international assignments
• Based within 200km of Potchefstroom
• Strong written and spoken English (isiZulu or isiXhosa advantageous)
• Medically and physically fit for site work
• Valid SA driver’s licence, own reliable transport, and a functional smartphon
