Job Summary
Ensure smooth office operations by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining organizational efficiency. Key responsibilities include: Office Management: Oversee daily office operations and manage office supplies. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel for management. Maintain filing systems and organize office records. Communication & Correspondence: Handle incoming/outgoing communications (emails, calls, mail). Draft, proofread, and distribute reports and internal communications. Address customer inquiries and issues professionally. Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and input data into systems. Organize and archive documents for easy access. Assist with HR documentation (leave, attendance, onboarding). Financial Support: Assist with invoice processing, managing petty cash, and preparing expense reports. SAGE Event & Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings and events, take minutes, and share updates. Coordinate logistics and ensure resources are in place. Customer Service: Serve as a liaison for clients, vendors, and staff. Resolve issues and provide support as needed. Key Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in office software and data management Attention to detail, multitasking, and time management Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
