About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Attorney with a strong background in RAF/Third Party Claims to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of managing complex claims from inception to finalization, excellent drafting, negotiation, and client liaison skills, and a deep understanding of South African laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage files from inception to finalization
- Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence for RAF/Third Party Claims
- Draft and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Provide expert legal advice to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with colleagues across different departments
Requirements
- Minimum LLB Degree and Admission as an Attorney
- 13 years post-admission experience in RAF/Third Party Claims
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Completed LLB Degree from a reputable South African law school
