Minimum

Requirements:

LLB degree, preferably an admitted attorneyStrong research ability and capacity to drive multiple projectsLabour law experience will be beneficialFully bilingual in both English and AfrikaansStrong drafting skills (preferably having experience in the drafting of legal opinions)Valid drivers license and own reliable transportExceptional interpersonal and organisational skillsAble to work under pressure, with high levels of integrity, accountability and confidentialityStrong, confident personality with the ability to speak in front of people (presentable)Your duties will include, but are not limited, to the following:Legal ResearchAnalysis and application of legislationDrafting of parliamentary submissions on draft legislationAbility to enforce internal compliance with legislationCreation of compliance assistance programs for employersStaying up to date with current legislationDrafting of legal processes relevant to the Labour CourtDrafting and review of policies Providing training both internally and externally on compliance with legislationTraining and facilitation of legislative processesRecruiting of new employer members (marketing skills)General administrationShould you meet the above requirements, kindly submit your CV to glaudine@ne
