Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple gyms
• Implement processes, ensure compliance, and maintain service excellence
• Monitor financial performance, KPIs, and profitability
• Lead expansion of new sites through market analysis and launch planning
• Recruit, mentor and develop high-performing teams
• Drive member experience, community culture, and retention
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives and strategic commercial growth

Minimum Requirements

• 57 years in commercial operations or multi-site management (fitness/wellness an advantage)
• Strong financial and business development skills
• Proven experience scaling operations or opening new business units
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Passion for health, wellness, and community-driven fitness environments
