About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our ICT industry branch in Cape Town, Western Cape. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client services, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve branch objectives.
- Provide leadership to the branch, and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and conduct performance reviews to develop a high-performing team.
- Develop and manage the branch budget, monitor financial performance, and implement corrective actions to ensure profitability.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

- Manage all client services, including tender applications and government contracts.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and relationship building.
- Set and monitor sales targets, account plans, and performance metrics.
- Prepare regular operational performance reports.
- Track key metrics (e.g., project timelines, service quality, resource utilization), and provide insights on operational trends and areas for improvement.

- Extensive experience in managing client and operational portfolios.
