About the Role

Our client is seeking a reliable, fast-paced, and detail-oriented Dispatch Clerk to play a vital role in coordinating shipments, managing fleet operations, and supporting logistical processes. This position is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a high-volume retail and meat industry environment, works accurately under pressure, and communicates effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the dispatch and delivery of products
Prepare and process all shipping documentation
Manage fleet scheduling and delivery logistics
Communicate with management and clients regarding deliveries
Ensure accurate and on-time dispatch of goods
Assist with stock-related administration
Prepare invoices and quotations

Requirements

National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
35 years experience in logistics or dispatch
Retail experience is essential
Basic but practical knowledge of a butchery / meat industry environment
Computer literate (ARGH system experience advantageous)
Valid drivers license and good general health
Ability to work fast, accurately, and under pressure

Salary & Benefits
