Olympus, Pretoria East: CONVEYANCING ATTORNEYMinimum Requirements:-Presentable and professional preferably female -Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Full proficiency in both Afr & Eng client base)-LLB Degree completed and admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer a must-Post admission Conveyancer experience not compulsory-Computer literate in MS Office (Lexis and E4 highly preferred)-Valid drivers license and own vehicle a must-Comfortable with travelling to Deeds Office daily-Non smoker-Able to work in a team and in an open-plan office environment-Residing in Pretoria (within daily commuting distance from Olympus)-Stable employment record and contactable references-To start as soon as possible Duties:-Assist Conveyancing Attorney and Senior Attorney with Conveyancing duties -Travel to Deeds Office daily (main responsibility)-Assist with Transfers, including opening files, drafting of documents, clearance applications, delivery of deeds after registration and closing filesSalary: R 20 000.00 R 25 000.00 gross (Depending on relevant experience)E-mail detailed CV in Word or PDF format (Not as a link) and indicate the following:- Reference CR2799; and – Your salary expectation in context with offered amount.
