About the Role
Craven Cottage CC is seeking a skilled PHP Developer to join our team in Pretoria East. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications using PHP and its frameworks (like Laravel). You will also build and maintain APIs for data exchange between server and client applications.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- At least 4+ years’ experience with PHP development
- Proficiency with one or more PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony)
- Strong understanding of database systems (e.g., MySQL) and SQL
- Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for deployment and infrastructure management
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git
- Experience with automated testing and continuous integration (CI/CD)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is often preferred
