About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at MyCars.co.za, specializing in online auctions. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a crucial role in managing our sales processes, ensuring smooth communication with clients, and facilitating auction transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, live chats, and WhatsApp messages promptly and professionally.
  • Assist clients with profile inquiries, including updates, verifications, and merging duplicate profiles.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing client concerns and resolving issues related to vehicle documentation.
  • Process private adverts for listing on the MyCars.oc.za website.
  • Manage the intake, inspection, and upload of vehicle documents.
  • Coordinate the collection and delivery of fleet assets and NATIS documents.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
