About the Role
B Mobile is seeking Sales Agents to join our team in Pretoria East. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strong client engagement, relationship-building, and technical product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement – Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their IT needs.
- Present and demonstrate IT products or services clearly and persuasively.
- Sales Process Management
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
• Track sales leads, follow up, and maintain CRM records.
- Collaboration & Support
• Work with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues.
• Provide feedback to product teams based on customer insights.
- Targets & Reporting
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry developments.
