About the Role

B Mobile is seeking Sales Agents to join our team in Pretoria East. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strong sales and relationship-building skills. You will work closely with clients to understand their IT needs and present our products or services in a clear and persuasive manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement – Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their IT needs.
  • Present and demonstrate IT products or services clearly and persuasively.
  • Sales Process Management** – Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
  • Track sales leads, follow up, and maintain CRM records.
  • Collaboration & Support** – Work with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues.
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on customer insights.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge of IT systems, software, or hardware.
  • Ability to explain complex solutions in simple terms.
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

No formal qualifications are required for this role. However, a basic understanding of IT systems and software is necessary.
