About the Role
SEIGO STAFFING is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician (Building Service) to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and consulting services, with a focus on building services.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in buildings
- Work with medium voltage switchgear and reticulation, substations, and low voltage reticulation
- Assist with measurement and payment using Bill of Quantities
- Read and edit drawings using AutoCAD
- Troubleshoot and maintain C&I and CCTV systems
- Collaborate on multidisciplinary projects
Requirements
- Bachelor of Technology Degree or National Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- At least 5 years of work experience in the consulting engineering industry
- Strong background in C&I and CCTV systems
- Experience with multidisciplinary projects
- Proficient in medium voltage switchgear and reticulation, substations, and low voltage reticulation
- Experienced with measurement and payment using Bill of Quantities
- Proficient in AutoCAD for reading and editing drawings
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, and HMI systems
Qualifications
- Valid Code-08 driver’s licence
