Job Summary

ð??¼ What Youll Do: Develop and maintain strong client relationships across various industries Identify new business opportunities and grow our client base Source, screen, and present top candidates for our clients roles Manage the full 360 recruitment process from client briefing to offer stage Meet and exceed performance targets while building a robust pipeline ð??° Whats On Offer: R15,000 basic salary Generous commission structure earn up to 20% on billings Work in a dynamic office environment with a supportive team Career growth opportunities and on-the-job training ð??¯ What Were Looking For: Previous experience (at least 2 years) in a 360 recruitment role (agency experience a must). Proven ability to generate leads and close deals A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Resilient, results-driven, and self-motivated Comfortable working full-time in-office this is not a remote or hybrid position
