About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a Financial Advisor Assistant in Pretoria to support their dynamic team in delivering exceptional financial services and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Financial Advisors in preparing and reviewing financial plans
- Create and maintain comprehensive client records and reports
- Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities
- Provide timely responses to client inquiries and service requests
- Coordinate appointments and manage schedules for Financial Advisors
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and policies
- Support various administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
- RE5 certification is beneficial
- Prior experience in life insurance and investment planning
- Strong understanding of financial products and services
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Superior communication and client-facing skills
- Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage sensitive information responsibly
