About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Advisor Assistant to support our client’s team of Financial Advisors in providing superior financial planning and investment advice to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Financial Advisors in preparing client meetings and presentations
- Conduct research and analysis on financial products, markets, and investment opportunities
- Manage client files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Help maintain client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries in a timely manner
- Support Financial Advisors in developing financial plans and investment strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client transactions and account maintenance
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of investment products and financial planning concepts

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications
