Graduate Electrical Engineer (Engineering, Procurement & Management)

Location: Pretoria

Our client in the Engineering, Procurement & Management is looking to hire an Electrical Engineer.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Must be able to assist with the Electrical and Electronic Service designs and to deliver design/construction drawings. The applicant will be responsible for all Revit/CAD drafting work and coordination activities for the assigned project scope.
• Strong knowledge of Electrical and Electronic Building Services design principles, practices, and deliverables through the various project execution stages.
• Communication with the project and professional team throughout project execution stages.
• Design drawings, concept specifications, reports, and other project deliverables while working with the other disciplines within the project team.
• Assistance with tender documents including bills of quantities and specifications.
• Assistance with of stage completion reports, tender adjudication reports and construction progress reports.
• Will be required to travel to project sites on an as needed basis to support the design and/or construction activities.
• Attend site progress meetings and technical meetings.
• Conduct site inspections, site supervision and construction administration.
• Technical support to Senior Project Managers & Project Directors.

• Technical support to Senior Project Managers & Project Directors.
• Assist with tender documentation (compile specifications and BoQ)
• Attend site meetings, perform commissioning and dealing with contractual related matters.
• Liaise with clients, utilities, and other engineering disciplines.
