About the Role
We are seeking a vibrant and energetic Key Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing key dealer accounts while driving the acquisition of new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key dealer relationships to achieve sales and marketing targets
- Develop new business and secure new client accounts
- Drive distribution and increase product availability across the portfolio
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of service delivery
- Identify opportunities for growth through market and business analysis
- Manage projects and sales processes effectively from start to finish
- Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing service issues
- Act as a brand ambassador and maintain strong market presence
Requirements
- 35 years experience in Key Account Management or Sales roles
- Proven sales track record with a strong hunter sales personality
- Experience in selling equipment such as power tools, TVs, catering equipment, or similar products
- Background in Regional Sales, Key Accounts, or Business Development roles
- Postgraduate degree or diploma in a relevant field (advantageous)
- Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Sales, or Business-related qualifications preferred
