R15 000 – R18 000 – Depending on qualifications and experience Vacancy Type: Full-Time Closing date for applications: End Dec 2024 Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required: Degree or diploma in Graphic Design required. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Strong creative skills and ability to think outside the box with knowledge of current design trends. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with various teams and departments. Beneficial requirements: Self-starter with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free designs. Duties and responsibilities: Assist the Business Manager by: Branding, Marketing, and Design Support Implement CI marketing materials from templates, following CI guidelines, and save files in open and print-ready formats. Design custom internal marketing materials upon request. Create customizable social media posts, flyers, and self-promotion tools for agents, saved in editable formats. Provide design support for events, promotions, awards, and excursion materials as needed. Edit new agent profile images in required formats. Design formal corporate and ad hoc materials as requested by management. Continuously explore and update brand collateral. Template and Presentation Development Create, update, and maintain template presentations in line with the Corporate Identity Manual and branding strategies. Support management in compiling, refining, and enhancing PowerPoint presentations and proposals as needed. Social Media Management Develop brand-related social media posts, stories, and templates for agent customization to increase visibility and interaction. Actively manage the companys social media presence, grow its footprint, and engage with followers to build a stronger online community. Branding Initiatives Quality Control Oversee the distribution and quality of branded marketing materials, ensuring compliance with company CI standards and SOPs. Maintain high-quality electronic collateral to enhance customer satisfaction. Supply Chain Coordination Create and proofread artwork and templates, ensuring accuracy in grammar, spelling, and factual content. Save all final material in digital and print-ready formats, distribute to contractors, and upload to the network server/Hive system. Ensure that final materials meet the companys visual standards and effectively communicate marketing messages. General Duties and Office Administration Manage office administration and maintain an organized filing system for easy access to design templates, assets, and stock images. Regularly back up data to the server and assist with general duties as required by the Employer. By submitting your information and application you hereby confirm: 1.
