A well established company within the financial sector requires a Graphic Designer.
The following education, experience and attributes are required:
Formal Education Required
- A National Diploma in Graphic Design would be advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum five years experience.
Duties:
- GRAPHIC DESIGN AND LAYOUT
- Meet the various design and typesetting requirements of the marketing team.
- This involves a mixture of working in pre-existing templates as well as free design and setting up new templates.
- Design output will vary from company’s annual report, flyers, brochures, stationery, invitations, graphics, economic reports, photos and direct mail.
- All design work needs to be in accordance with the marketing style guide to ensure brand integrity and high output quality is maintained.
- Improve existing design outputs.
- Meet with the Senior Graphic Designer to determine the scope of a project.
- Create images that identify a service/product.
- Develop graphics for illustrations, logos, and websites.
- TAKING OF COMPANY PHOTOS
- Communicating with clients to set up a time and place for a photoshoot.
- Maintaining and managing photography equipment.
- Editing photos.
- Submitting photos to appropriate persons.
- Managing photography sessions.
- COMMUNICATIONS
- Responsible for weekly and monthly template lay-outs.
- Responsible for Everlytic lay-outs and sending.
- Uploading documents onto website/SharePoint.
