Key Responsibilities: Lead the AI and machine learning transformation, driving predictive analytics, automated workflows, and ethical data science practices. Build and structure agile pods of Data Scientists, Engineers, Statisticians, and insights specialists transitioning into next-gen roles. Drive product innovation by embedding advanced analytics into benchmark dashboards and scalable client solutions. Partner with executive leadership to shape long-term data strategy, deliver 120-day execution plans, and report on strategic KPIs. Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality analytics, operational excellence, and future-focused capability. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related (Masters/PhD advantageous). Experience: 10 years in data science, analytics, or advanced statistical environments. Minimum 5 years in market research, CX insights, analytics consulting, or related industries. Proven leadership in AI/ML transformation, team building, and scaling capability in growth-driven organisations. Experience developing predictive models, real-time data solutions, and cloud-based pipelines (AWS/GCP/Azure). Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and modern machine learning frameworks. Strong understanding of ethical AI, data governance, and ESOMAR-aligned research practices. Ability to translate complex analytics into commercial, client-facing insights and products.
