Job Description

About the Role

Our client, an established company within the financial sector, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Practitioner to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong communication and decision-making abilities to grow their career within a reputable organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist management with job descriptions,
  • Conduct grading and benchmarking activities,
  • Assist management in the interview process ensuring compliance to company policies,
  • Assist management with the internal transfers and promotions,
  • Employee on-boarding and termination,
  • Act as Skills development facilitator and conduct responsibilities associated to it inclusive of WSP, ATR and liaison with Seta’s,
  • Maintain good Labour relations,
  • Assist with first level disciplinary action,
  • Assist management with poor performance management.

Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,
  • A minimum of five years of relevant post-qualification experience in a similar role is required.
  • Strong analytical skills,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications

  • Formal Education: Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
