About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our food distribution company in Silverton, Pretoria. In this multifaceted role, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle—from recruiting, screening, and interviewing top talent to managing comprehensive payroll functions and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, screen, and interview top talent
  • Manage comprehensive payroll functions
  • Handle disciplinaries and employee relations
  • Coordinate staff training initiatives

Requirements

  • Formal HR or Personnel Management qualification
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
  • Extensive knowledge of payroll processes
  • Experience with Turbo Time software is an advantage (not a requirement)
