JUNIOR Payroll Administrator Responsible for assisting in all payroll-related tasks Skills: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position * Matric * Fluent in Afrikaans & English * Excel Duties include: Processing Payroll Maintaining accurate Records Assisting with Payroll queries Ensuring compliance with Relevant Regulations.

Key Responsibilities Help respond to employee payroll queries in a professional manner. Maintain accurate payroll records and employee files. Assist with payroll reports and audits as required. Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality requirements. Processing of all UIF documentation Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good numeracy skills Basic IT skills, particularly Excel Organised with the ability to meet deadlines Clear written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn payroll software, legislation and procedures Knowledge & Experience Previous administrative experience preferred (payroll or HR desirable but not essential) Basic understanding of payroll processes (training will be provided) Personal Attributes Reliable and trustworthy Discreet with confidential information Positive attitude and eager to learn Able to work independently and as part of a team
